We collect information you provide directly (account registration, billing details, company info), information generated through your use of the Service (load searches, bookings, messages), and limited technical information (IP address, device type, browser).

- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- To process payments, invoices, and factoring transactions
- To verify carrier authority and broker credit
- To send service updates, security alerts, and marketing emails (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- To comply with applicable laws and prevent fraud
3. How We Share Information
We share information only as necessary to operate the Service, including with: payment processors (Stripe), cloud hosting providers (AWS), identity-verification partners (FMCSA, SAFER), and credit-reporting agencies. We never sell your personal information.
4. Data Security
BLP maintains SOC 2 Type II compliance. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256. Payment card data is tokenized and handled exclusively by Stripe. BLP never stores raw card numbers.
5. Your Choices & Rights
You may access, update, or delete your information from your account dashboard. If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out. To exercise any right, email privacy@blptransportation.com.
6. Cookies & Tracking
BLP uses first-party cookies for authentication, preferences, and analytics. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. Your browser can be set to refuse cookies; core functionality may be impacted.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active and for up to 7 years afterward to comply with tax and transportation record-keeping laws. You may request earlier deletion subject to legal requirements.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be communicated in advance by email and in-app notice.
